We are working with a leading national law firm is seeking a Lawyer or Associate (2+ years PAE) to join its Sydney Commercial Real Estate team.
The practice is fast-paced and transactional, with a strong pipeline of complex, high-value real estate work across all major asset classes including commercial office, industrial and logistics, retail, student accommodation, community housing and agribusiness.
You will work with listed and unlisted property funds, government bodies, offshore investors, major corporates, banks, not-for-profits and private clients on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, leasing and structured transactions. The role also includes significant due diligence exposure on broader corporate and M&A matters, with involvement in cross-border deals alongside interstate and international teams.
This is a high-responsibility role offering direct client contact, early autonomy and close mentoring from senior practitioners within a high calibre team.
You will need:
2+ years’ PAE in commercial real estate or broader transactional property
Strong drafting and transactional experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
Strong academic record
