They are seeking a 4+ PQE lawyer to join their Sydney team. In this role, you will work closely with leading partners on a broad mix of matters, including large-scale corporate restructurings, formal insolvency processes (administrations, receiverships and liquidations), distressed and special situations, and cross-border matters.
You will also gain exposure to insolvency-related litigation, securities enforcement strategies, and regulatory investigations, acting for a range of clients including major banks, insolvency practitioners, and large corporates.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong restructuring or insolvency experience (or a commercial litigation background with relevant exposure) to step into a high-performing team working on some of the most sophisticated matters in the market.
