Rachael
Rachael qualified as a lawyer and has over 20 years’ in the Australian legal industry, nine of those managing the recruitment team at the top tier international firm, Allens. Prior to Allens, Rachael managed the expansion of the Private Practice team at a global recruitment agency. Over her career she has led a number of large global recruitment campaigns and has developed the talent acquisition strategy for one of Australia’s premier law firms.
Rachael is known for her pragmatic and strategic advice to clients and candidates. Her depth of understanding of the different areas of law, skills required and focus on future talent segments positions her as a trusted advisor to both candidate and business.
Jenny
Jenny is a leading Human Resources professional who has had ownership of the graduate and legal recruitment functions across several large law firms. She has extensive experience in recruitment – working with partners and directors through to graduate lawyers, as well as significant experience in career management and coaching, candidate assessment, workforce planning and global mobility.
A few of her career highlights have been during her time at Allens, where she built a highly successful in house recruitment team, managed senior level recruitment, led significant growth in their graduate program and was responsible for the design, implementation and management of the firm’s contingent workforce. In addition, Jenny has deep expertise re-locating lawyers across the globe given her expertise in global mobility.
Courtney
Courtney is a trained lawyer and experienced recruiter with over ten years’ experience in the legal industry. She has worked in both agency and top tier law firm environments across Australia and New Zealand. Passionate about connecting talent, Courtney uses her experience to advise and support legal professionals with their next career move and consult with legal teams on their long-term talent and attraction strategy.
During her career Courtney has worked closely with organisations, ranging from small boutique to large international firms, on building effective and strategic talent pipelines. Her depth of knowledge on successful recruitment strategies positions Courtney to assist both clients and candidates on creating meaningful and long-lasting connections.
