Corporate Knowledge Manager / Sydney

Are you an experienced Corporate Knowledge Manager looking for an opportunity to shape how knowledge is created and shared across a global organisation?

In this role, your initial focus will be supporting corporate lawyers. The aim is straightforward: that every lawyer has access to practical, high-quality and current know-how.

Key responsibilities

Templates and know-how

• Review, audit and enhance existing templates and clause banks.

• Develop and maintain a strong template system.

• Ensure all materials remain legally accurate and current.

• Improve accessibility and usability, including through automation.

Knowledge sharing

• Build a strong knowledge-sharing culture across the practice.

• Facilitate post-deal reviews and capture the key lessons.

• Support and expand internal knowledge databases and topic guides.

Training and innovation

• Contribute to the design and delivery of training programmes.

• Provide regular know-how updates to lawyers.

• Support the adoption of legal technology and AI tools, in collaboration with the Transformation team.

Legal and regulatory insight

• Monitor and analyse legal and regulatory developments.

• Prepare briefings and client-facing materials on key changes.

• Respond to internal queries and contribute to consultation responses.

• Ensure internal resources reflect current legal developments.

About you

• A mid to senior lawyer or established Knowledge Lawyer, with six to ten years' experience.

• Strong experience in a commercial law firm.

• Ideal background in Corporate or M&A, with some Finance exposure an advantage.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive.

• Strong communication, analytical and commercial skills.

• A proven ability to stay across legal developments and translate them into practical guidance.
