Our client is a prominent top tier law firm and home to one of the leading projects teams in the market. The practice is expanding and they are looking for an experienced Associate & Senior Associate to join the Sydney team.
There is an opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile and complex disputes in Australia and overseas across key sectors including renewable energy, energy and resources, transport and road infrastructure, and social infrastructure.
You’ll gain experience working on large-scale arbitrations, litigation and expert determinations for major corporate clients and governments.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills under partners who are known for their strong technical capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years PQE in projects/construction arbitration & disputes (or strong transactional projects experience with an interest in disputes).
