They are seeking a 3+ PQE lawyer to join their Employment & Safety team in Sydney. In this role, you will work across highly experienced partners, gaining exposure across a broad mix of contentious and advisory matters.
The team advises across the full employment lifecycle, including workplace investigations, performance and conduct management, restructuring and terminations, as well as complex litigation such as general protections, discrimination, industrial disputes, and breach of contract claims. You will also gain exposure to work health and safety matters, regulatory investigations, and administrative law issues involving government clients.
This is a unique opportunity to work across a diverse and sophisticated practice, with strong mentorship from senior practitioners known for their technical excellence and commercial, solutions-focused approach.
