Privacy Policy; Duggan + Della is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information that we collect from you and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the “Privacy Act”), including the Australian Privacy Principles (the “APPs”). This policy discloses the types of information we gather and hold, how this information is used and with whom it is shared. 

Information collection and use; Duggan + Della only collect information that is reasonably necessary for the proper performance of our activities or functions as a recruitment agency.

Data security; Duggan + Della takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal data it holds from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure and to destroy or permanently de-identify data when it is no longer required.

Information stored on our server is protected by several layers of physical and online security. We operate data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard the integrity and privacy of these servers and of your personal data.

Policy amendments; Duggan + Della reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

We will post any changes onto our website, so be sure to check this periodically. However, if the Privacy Policy changes in any material respect, we will not use the personal data you have submitted to us in a manner that is inconsistent with this Policy without your prior affirmative consent. When we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the date at the bottom of the Policy.
